Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

 

Private training sessions reserve a dedicated time that is held exclusively for each athlete.

 

 

Booking & Reserved Time

 

 

• Prepaid packages reserve a consistent weekly training slot.

• Per-session bookings are scheduled based on availability only and do not guarantee a standing time.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a completed session.

• No-shows are charged in full.

• Reserved time cannot typically be filled on short notice.

 

 

 

Make-Up Sessions

 

 

• Make-up sessions may be offered when scheduling permits and at the coach’s discretion.

• Make-ups are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

Packages

 

 

• Packages must be prepaid to reserve a weekly training time.

• Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Unused sessions expire after 3 months from purchase. 

 

Social Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

• By participating, you grant Soccer Domination Academy permission to use photos and videos from training sessions on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

• If you do not wish for you or your child to be photographed or featured, please notify the coach in advance.

By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
